Excellent service by Mr. Prasanta Shrestha. It was a last minute booking to Ktm. I tried lots of travel agents but everyone said there were no tickets available for the dates i wanted to travel, being festive season. Buddha travel and tours was my last hope and Mr Prasanta got me the tickets i wanted. He was very friendly and professional at the same time. Had a wonderful holiday in Nepal. All thanks to him. She is very professional and helpful, always listens to you patiently and tries to help you as much as she can. As long as she is working here, I won’t use any other travel agency for buying my overseas tickets. Hi Leena, please keep it up! Overall, I am really impressed by Buddha Travels’ customer service staff. I also bought tickets from this travel agency last year and because of their good service I chose them again. But this year they were beyond my expectations. Ticket rates are also comparable to other travelling agencies. In fact, the rates are lesser than the others.
