If you love adventure, then spring is the best time to visit Margaret River for an adventure trip. The weather during spring in Western Australia is splendid, perfect for

  • Wine Tasting
  • Swimming
  • Hiking

Starting from Perth, Margaret River is about 4 hours’ drive. On the way, you can enjoy a lot of aqua action:

  • Diving in Dunsborough
  • Snorkeling in Hamelin Bay
  • General Beach lodging

Wineries are more prevalent before the stop.

Tip: Pick up a bottle of the Leeuwin Estate art series chardonnay.

Sydney's subtropical climate and energetic showbiz makes it a perennial escape. Here is what you can do in Sydney in springs:

4. Become zombie in Adelaide, South Australia

Adelaideans literally put false blood on their cloths and paint their face in zombies' colour to join Adelaide Zombie Walk on 9th October every year. Not that you have to keep walking, soullessly, all along the way in blood soaked attires. At least, Zombies in Adelaide knows how to have fun. There will a visit to a pub, not to mention an after party.

All this is for a cause. The entry fees and food donations will be donated to Foodbank SA.

5.  Alice Springs, Northern Territory

If you hate the chilly weather of winter, then Alice Springs is the place to be at this spring. It’s a treat for someone who has enough of the cold weather and wants a warm place to hang out. The city is well connected by major highways which links it with Adelaide. Some of the things to check out in Alice Springs:

  • Alice Springs Desert Park
  • Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park
  • Watarrka National Park
  • The MacDonnell Ranges.

If you arrive here before the 15th of Oct, you must visit The Alice Springs Desert Park.
