In the month of April to June, temperatures get scorching hot while it gets drenched with monsoon rain in the months of July to September. December to January the city just freezes with the cool winds bringing the temperature nearly to zero. Owing to this diversity in climatic condition in different months, the city marks a distinct place among all other states of India.
