Once you accept these terms and conditions it states that you have
understood and agree with all terms and conditions relates to your booking that
Buddha Travel & Tours are serving you.
You have checked all passengers name spellings and format of name (as per the passport), travel dates, flight details and timings of the booking. As well as, travel insurance, visa and travel documents validity.
Validity of Passport & Travel documents
Your passport must have at least six months validity from the date of your return flight.
Visa Requirements & Other Documents
We do not advise on Visa and do not deal with any kind of visa information about any country. It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure that they have the appropriate documentations including visas. Please ensure all visaRequirements have been met for your journey before departure.
For details of the baggage allowance applicable on your booking class of service and your chosen carrier, please contact our travel consultant or directly from the booked airline..
For any baggage damage, loss or in-flight services during your journey
needs to address directly to the Airlines as we are not responsible for any
baggage loss or damage or in-flight services.
Travel Insurance is strongly recommended by the department of foreignaffairs and trade for all overseas travel. As we are a travel agent, our responsibility is to inform you of this information.
Check in at Airport
Passengers should check in at least 3 hours before your flights scheduleddeparture except in North America where 3-4 hours is required. Some airlines and airports may require earlier check-in.
Whilst not all airlines require passengers to reconfirm their flights and special service requests (hotels, meal and seat preference, special assistance, wheel chair request) 72 hoursprior to each departure, it is our recommendation that you check your flight departures and arrivals from the airlines directly while going out andcoming in to Australia, as the airlines schedule for your current flight may change any moment due to flight operations and airline and any natural reason. It is your responsibility and our recommendation to reconfirm the airline prior to departure to reconfirm that there is no change to the schedule departure time.
Other Important Information
All fare prices quoted airfare & taxes are valid for same day of booking only. All taxes are subject to change and may only be confirmed at time of ticketing.
Buddha Travel & Tours is not liable for the cancellation of any services, or bankruptcy by third company providers, including all airlines, hotels & holidays.
All arrangements (STPC/accommodation/tour provider/Supplier’s transport) are subject to the available regulations and conditions detailed on tickets, vouchers, travel brochures, at accommodation premises, on transport vehicles, or as advised at the time of booking.
Please advise our travel consultants of any special requirements you may have such as special meals, seating requests or medical requirements. If you do not fly and do not notify the airline at least 24 hours prior to the flights scheduled departure time, your paid fare may be forfeited by the airline or may incur additional charges.
Please note that you can make payments by depositing cash in our bank Account or by transferring the money or can pay by credit card.
Please send us a snap shot of transfer receipt once you make an online transfer from your bank to our bank account.
On credit card, Debit card, Master and Visa card there will be a surchargeof 1.5%. There will be 2.0% surcharge on American Express card.
Date change Fee
A re-issue admin fee applies for all bookings in addition to any airlines/wholesalers fees.
Reissue fee consists of our service fee of AUD 55.00 plus consolidator fee plus any airline reissue fee and fare and tax difference if applicable on current date. These are subject to availability of seats. Reissue fee is for the changes in ticketed booking which includes any date change, any rebooking, any rerouting and any name change and any kind of changes happen after the ticketing.
A cancellation admin feel applies for all bookings in addition to any airlines/wholesalers fees.
Cancellation fee is consist of our service fee of AUD $75 per person per booking plus any cancellation fee for airline and consolidator fee if any. Domestic tickets & infant tickets are always non-refundable and non-changeable in all cases as per our policy.
Refund will take up to 4-8 weeks for any refundable ticket from the date of refund application submitted.
Any disputes or issues can be settled discussing the issue with our team and will be resolved as per the law.
This is to inform that I agree with all terms and conditions as mentioned above and also ensure that all details in the booking are correct and names are as per the passport. I have also checked all spellings, name format, dates timings and transitions in the booking in an appropriate way. If anything happens later with name spellings, format, dates and timings of flight Buddha Travel and Tours is not responsible and liable for any loss.
